Kent Taylor

Director & Lead Land Coordinator

Kent is the Lead Land Coordinator for Canuck Land Services Ltd. He has spent his land career working on large linear pipeline, pipeline operations and facility projects in Western Canada. He has experience in most aspects of pipeline project planning, preparation and execution with core competencies in Stakeholder Engagement and Ground Disturbance regulations. Kent has been responsible for coordinating and executing key land deliverables for large linear projects. He has a clear understanding of third-party rules, regulations and processes. He’s been a land agent construction attendant and supported right of way clean up and revegetation programs. Kent has grown into a true damage prevention advocate. For several years, he represented Inter Pipeline Ltd at the Edmonton Area Pipeline Utilities Operators Committee (EAPUOC) meetings and participated in EAPUOC’s Public Awareness Committee work. He also represented EAPUOC on the executive board of the Alberta Common Ground Alliance (ABCGA).

  • AB &BC Community Liaison (Contract) Trans Mountain Expansion Project– Project liaison to local, provincial and federal governments. Support the engagement process for all local residents adjacent to the route. Supports community investments opportunities

  • Senior Land Coordinator Inter Pipeline Ltd. – AER pipelines & associated facilities projects, truck terminal expansion(s) and major petrochemical facility expansion (s), railway project, pipeline operation’s programs

  • Damage Prevention Subcommittee Chair EAPUOC – Chaired the manual update and coordinated the addition of an HDD section into EAPUOC’s “Manual, Guidelines For Working Near Buried Facilities”

  • Land Agent (Contract)TC Energy (KXL Project) – CER pipeline acquisition in Alberta & Saskatchewan
